Gift Card Terms and Conditions

By purchasing and/or using this Gift Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration Requirement
   The Gift Card must be assigned to a Registered User upon purchase by providing their full name, home address, phone number and email address. Registration is required for activation of the Gift Card. Only the Registered User will be able to redeem the value of the Gift Card.

2. Limit on Registration

   Only one Gift Card may be registered per individual and/or per home address. The total number of Gift Cards available for registration is limited to 50 cards. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The issuer reserves the right to cancel or refuse the registration of any additional Gift Cards that are registered to the same individual and/or the same home address or after the limit has been reached. 

3. Non-Transferable
   This Gift Card is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the Registered User.

4. Exclusions on Promotions
   This Gift Card cannot be purchased using any existing promotions, discounts, or other offers. Furthermore, this Gift Card cannot be redeemed or applied to any purchases or transactions that are part of an existing or future promotion, or combined with any discounts or special prices.

5. Non-Refundable
   This Gift Card is non-refundable. Once purchased, the value of the Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit under any circumstances.

6. Applicable Products
   The Gift Card is redeemable only for Arcade Green cabinetry and flooring products (Applicable Products). It cannot be used for the purchase of other products or services such as but not limited to countertops, shipping or delivery.

7. Gift Card Value
   The Gift Card can be purchased for $499 and can be redeemed for a total value of $1,200 toward the retail price of Applicable Products. The difference between the purchase price and the redemption value represents the discount offered, and the value of the Gift Card is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.

8. Usage Restrictions
   The Gift Card is only valid for use on Applicable Products available at participating locations as specified by the issuer. It may not be used for any other purpose outside the scope outlined in these terms.

9. Expiration
   The Gift Card will remain valid for a period of 60 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified by the issuer.

10. Lost or Stolen Cards
    The issuer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.

11. Shipping of Physical Card
    The physical Gift Card must be picked up in person at Arcade Green's 2838 Kilihau Street, Honolulu, HI, 96819 location during regular business hours OR it can be mailed out. If you choose to receive a physical Gift Card by mail, there is an additional shipping charge of $9.99. This charge will be added at checkout.

12. Right to Modify Terms
    The issuer reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be reflected in the updated terms and conditions available at the time of use.
